Digital Product Policy

1. Scope & Definition

This policy covers digital content sold by us (e.g., films, streams, e-books, downloads).
For physical goods, see our Return Policy.

2. Delivery & Access
​
Instant delivery: access is provided immediately after successful payment via download link and/or streaming within your account.
Download window: links are typically available for 30 days with up to 5 download attempts per file (to prevent abuse). Please save a backup copy for your own use.
Streaming: access is tied to your account and intended for personal use. Availability may vary due to technical or licensing reasons.

3. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
​
No refunds once access to digital content has been provided, unless required by law.
Under EU/NL law, by choosing immediate delivery you expressly consent to performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
If you encounter technical issues preventing access or download, contact us within 48 hours. We will assist and, where appropriate, provide a working file or replacement link.

4. Compatibility & Requirements
​
You are responsible for ensuring your device, software, and internet connection meet the minimum requirements (supported file formats/codecs, sufficient storage/bandwidth).
Anti-virus, firewall, VPN, or corporate policies may affect downloads/streams; configure accordingly.

5. License & Permitted Use
​
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private use.
Not allowed: sharing, resale, public performance, redistribution, uploading to third-party platforms, or any use that infringes copyrights.
You may keep one personal backup copy for your own use.

6. Security, DRM & Fair Use
​
Files may include watermarks or DRM. Circumventing technical protection is prohibited.
Excessive, automated, or suspicious activity may lead to temporary suspension to protect content and accounts.

7. Updates & Availability
​
We may issue minor updates (e.g., corrected files) at our discretion.
There is no obligation to provide future versions or additional content unless expressly stated.
If specific files or streams are discontinued for legal or technical reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain access for prior purchasers or provide an alternative.

8. Taxes & Invoices
​
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
An electronic invoice or receipt is provided automatically.

Please include your order number, device/OS, and a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.

10. Governing Law
​
This policy is governed by Dutch law.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Arnhem/Leeuwarden, The Netherlands (and, where applicable on appeal, the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal).
