Rental Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to equipment rented from True Spirit Entertainment.
For digital products, see our Digital Product Policy.
For physical goods, see our Return Policy.

2. Rental Period & Billing

Rentals are billed per calendar day.
The rental period begins at pickup or agreed delivery and ends when the equipment is returned.
Each additional day beyond the agreed period is charged at the daily rate (plus any applicable surcharges).

3. Pickup & Return

Equipment must be collected and returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Failure to return equipment may result in full replacement costs being billed.

4. Care & Use

You must handle, operate, and transport equipment safely and lawfully.
Normal wear is accepted, but misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not permitted.

5. Damage, Loss & Missing Parts

You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Any damage, loss, or missing parts may be billed at repair or replacement cost.
True Spirit Entertainment determines whether repair or replacement is required.

6. Deposit & Identification

A refundable deposit and/or valid ID may be required prior to release of equipment.
Unpaid rental charges, repair, or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.

7. Restrictions

Sub-rental, transfer, or lending of equipment to third parties without written consent is prohibited.
Equipment may not be used for unlawful purposes or in unsafe environments.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment.
You are responsible for ensuring proper operation and compliance with applicable laws, permits, or safety regulations.

9. Changes

We may update this Rental Policy from time to time. The version date above reflects the latest revision.
